Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at cookedgaskett@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed or shipped.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been ordered/fulfilled. If the order has been ordered from supplier/fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
